Lisa Riddle
Coach
Lisa is a UNC-Chapel Hill graduate with a degree in Psychology and a former Physical Therapist Assistant in outpatient orthopedic settings. After several years helping people restore mobility, she chose to focus on raising her six children with her husband Jonathan of 27 years. During this time, she co-authored the second edition of a children’s book called “The Crabs on Calhoun.” Her faith in Jesus is her number one priority and guides her passion for serving others.
When Lisa first heard about OsteoStrong, she was immediately intrigued by their innovative system for improving bone density. After thoroughly researching the company, she felt called to be part of this transformative team. What excites her most is witnessing the incredible attitudes of our members who are genuinely committed to improving their bone density, strength, and balance. Lisa is thrilled to work alongside amazing staff and be part of a community that’s making a real difference in people’s lives. Lisa’s mission is to help our members create a path to not just feel stronger physically, but empower them to live with greater confidence, vitality, and energy for all that life brings.
